Inspection Before Shipment
Goods are inspected against the written specification before they leave origin: quantity, grade or technical parameters, packaging condition, marking and labelling. Findings are recorded and reported before shipment is released.
Testing Where Required
For food-grade and regulated categories, we coordinate sampling and laboratory analysis through accredited third-party laboratories, and include the resulting certificates with the shipping documents.
Supplier Qualification
Where a buyer requires certified supply, we source from producers holding certification appropriate to the category — for example ISO 9001 for management systems, HACCP or GMP for food and pharmaceutical-adjacent goods. Certification scope is verified, not assumed.
Documentation Discipline
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, transport document and certificates of analysis are prepared consistently across transactions. Discrepancies are resolved before documents are released to the bank or the buyer.
Sanctions & Trade Compliance
We screen counterparties and destinations against applicable sanctions and export-control requirements, and we decline transactions that cannot be executed lawfully.
